Gas-Phase Filtration Product Manufacturer
Equipment
PureAir® equipment offers a path forward to solving air quality problems with an innovative line of custom engineered chemical filtration units. PureAir takes quality seriously and has worked to ensure its Quality Management System is certified to ISO 9001:2015 standards. PureAir’s robust line of dry gas scrubbers, biological scrubbers, emergency gas scrubbers, and carbon scrubbers work in conjunction with its chemisorbant media for maximum removal of unwanted odors and pollutants, harmful fumes and vapors, and provide protection from toxic gas leaks. PureAir’s equipment improves air quality in many types of facilities, like: production facilities, museums and archives, airports, hospitals and other healthcare facilities, office buildings, casinos, hotels, and resorts.
Testing & Replacing Adsorbent Media
PureAir® has developed a versatile line of modules, canisters, and filters designed to effectively remove contaminants and odorous gases for various applications. The use of multiple chemisorbant media types allows customers to target specific contaminants, ensuring efficient removal for a wide range of pollutants. Each option is adaptable, allowing for customization based on specific application requirements. All are designed to be interchangeable with existing filtration system for customers looking for a stop-gap solution that doesn’t require a complete system overhaul.
Adsorbent Media
PureAir®’s chemisorbant media is engineered for molecular filtration, targeting the removal of gases, vapors, and odors in industrial, municipal, and commercial industries. After determining which gas is causing the problem, choose from a variety of media to determine the best solution. The main gases PureAir’s chemisorbant media target are:
- Ammonia
- Hydrogen Sulfide
- Sulfur Dioxide
- Nitric Oxide
- Formaldehyde
- Chlorine
Media Modules & Filters
At PureAir, we believe that solving corrosion issues begins with identifying the root cause. PureAir’s expert team, backed by our advanced in-house laboratory, uses cutting-edge technology like the ECMv2 monitor to detect and measure corrosion in real time. This advancement allows PureAir to accurately determine which corrosive gases are present and at what levels.
With this critical data in hand, PureAir develops targeted solutions to eliminate these gases from the environment. By addressing the source of corrosion, PureAir helps protect your equipment, extend its lifespan, and significantly reduce capital costs by preventing equipment failure or premature equipment replacement.
Testing Air Quality
Keeping units serviced with high-performance chemisorbant media is a very important part of system maintenance. If the media is not changed out when it is due for replacement, the unit will not function properly and unwanted gases will be released into the environment. The life span of media will vary depending on many factors, such as type and quantity of gas, airflow, etc., but generally lasts from 1 to 3 years depending on media quantity and chemical load.
