About Paul

Paul started his career in the polymer equipment industry over thirty years ago when he joined his family business, Fluid Dynamics. During his seventeen years with Fluid Dynamics, he gained a deep understanding of polymer blending equipment and polymer activation optimization. In 2002, he founded Broad Reach Companies, LLC, a consulting and R&D firm. Recognizing a lack of advancement in polymer activation technologies, he developed and patented the VeloBlend, a hybrid, hydro-mechanical polymer activation technology, and specific technologies for high-rate liquid and dry polymer applications. With this patent-pending technology, he launched Velocity Dynamics (DBA VeloDyne) in 2005 with a mission to become a leader in polymer activation and chemical feed systems. In 2016 VeloDyne acquired IPM Systems, a manufacturer of dry chemical feed systems and storage systems, expanding the company's product offerings, including dry chemical metering and conveyance systems, small bag and bulk bag systems, and silo systems. In January 2024, VeloDyne was acquired by Cleanwater1.  Today, Paul remains President of VeloDyne and Senior Vice President of Cleanwater1.
